Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by www.ShoppeRite.com within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or product problems, (you received an incorrect item.). 

To insure our fast response to your replacement or credit request, please email for an RA number (Return Authorization number) before shipping product back to us or we may be unable to receive it within our automated system thus causing a delay. Defective items can be returned to us for credit. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Warranty - most products carry a one year warranty coverage, if purchased from Shopperite.com. authorized vendors. Proof of purchase is required. Product to be repaired or replaced, is at sole discretion of Shopperite.com. Returns authorization (RMA) required by emailing to This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it , for specific return policy and return location if necessary. The product will be the same or a similar product based on availability. Repair/replacement will only be performed due to manufacture defect and will not provide coverage due to misuse or abuse, as determined by Shopperite.com. Resale from unauthorized  vendors voids the warranty.
